I cannot log into my VerfyFast Employer account.

Logon to the employer portal on our website by entering their email address and clicking on the “forgot password” link.

We want to add another admin to our Employer portal, how do we do that?

Login to the employer portal on our website and select “Manage Users” to add the additional admin.

How can we see how many VOE’s, VOI’s and Socials were done this month?

Login to the employer portal on our website and select “Dashboard”.
Select the “30 Day” radio button to refresh the graphs to show you the last 30 days of verifications broken down by VOE, VOI and SS requests.

Communicating with Employees

An employee needs a verification, what do we do?

Direct the employee to the Verifyfast.com website and tell them to click on the “Employees” button to get started. They can also call our Customer Support number at 877-400-4397.
Let them know they will need to provide the company code and or an income key depending on how the employer is set up in the Verifyfast system to the Verifier. They will also need to provide their social security number to the verifier. They can log in as an employee and create an income key on the Verifyfast website if needed.
In both cases, let them know the verifier must go to the Verifiyfast.com website to retrieve the verification.

An employee complained that the verification results did not have the right info, what should we do?

The employee should call our Customer Support number at 877-400-4397.
The VerifyFast support staff will pull up the verification that was completed for the employee.
The file will be reviewed and the support staff will reach back out to the employee and employer with a final verification.

Employees are concerned you are selling their personal information, what should we say?

State that this is simply not true. VerifyFast only provides their information to verifiers who the employee wants the information to go to. We also validate that the verifier has permissible purpose for the information being requested.

The employee wants a copy of the verification that was given for the verifier, where can they get one?

They can login to the employee section on our website and pull down a water-marked copy of any verification that has been done against them.

An employee called and stated they forgot their login password.

If I receive a call from a verifier wanting to receive a VOE, VOI, or Social Verification, what do i do?

The Verifier refuses to pay a fee for the verification, what do we do?

The verifier should call out Customer Support number at 877-400-4397. VerifyFast support staff will explain any and all fees.

The verifier states the cost is too high for the verification, what do we do?

They should call our Customer Support number at 877-400-4397. VerifyFast support staff can explain the fee schedule as well as payment options to the verifiers.

The Social Service agency sent us a packet to fill out, what should we do?

Sent the packet to our address at PO BOX 3157 Torrance, CA 90510-3157. We will reach out to the Social Service agency.
